Join the Crew: Venice High School Sailing Night

Come Sail with the Venice High School Sailing Team!

Curious about sailing or looking for a new team sport? Come experience a night with the Venice High School Sailing Team! Join us for an evening of practice where you’ll sail a 420, meet the team, and get on the water to see what high school sailing is all about.

You’ll sail alongside a current team member, learn the basics, and get a taste of racing in a fun, supportive environment. No sailing experience is required—beginners are welcome!

PARENT/GUARDIAN WAIVER IS REQUIRED TO SAIL

Interested in Joining the Team?

New sailors are encouraged to enroll in our C420 Beginner and/or Intro to High School Sailing Summer Sessions. These programs are designed to teach the skills needed to confidently join the 2026–2027 Venice High School Sailing Team.

Who Can Join the 2026-2027 Team?

The team is open to 8th–12th grade students from Venice High School, as well as homeschool students districted to VHS.
Students who do not attend Venice High School may still participate as part of our development/composite team.
