ADULT INTRODUCTION TO SAILING

Have you ever watched your child sail and thought, “I’d love to try that!” or maybe learning to sail has always been on your bucket list?

Now’s your chance!

VYBA offers daily sailing sessions created specifically for adults who want to get out on the water. Whether you’re brand new to sailing or looking to refresh your skills, these beginner-friendly, three-hour sessions provide the perfect introduction. Learn the fundamentals of seamanship, build confidence at the helm, and experience the joy of sailing in a supportive and hands-on environment. If you’re ready for more, you can sign up for multiple days or even join a week-long sailing class. Check out our main page for full program details.

Adult Sailing Programs

Come join us and experience the joy of sailing for yourself!

No experience required!

Cost: $150 per sailor

Includes: 3 hours of hands-on sailing instruction

Offered: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

Morning Session: 9am – 12pm

Afternoon Session: 1pm – 4pm

Required for Participation:

Ability to swim, lift, bend, and move
Coast Guard–approved life jacket
Refillable water bottle
Closed-toed water shoes
A positive attitude and readiness for fun on the water!
