Friday Social & Family Sails

Friday Nights Just Got a Little Windier!
Kick off the weekend on the water with our Friday Night Social Sails! Hop in an Optimist Pram (yes, adults can sail prams too!), Sunfish, 420 or our newest boat to the fleet and family friendly RS Toura!!! Bring a friend, sail with your youth sailor, sail with another family or meet someone new. Whether you’re cruising or racing (because if there’s more than one boat, it’s always a race), it’s all about fun, laughter, and wind in your sails.

Cost: $50 per sailor

Bring a friend/family member: $20

Children 8 and under: Free!

Schedule: Every Friday all summer long!

June 1 - Aug 7

Pre-requisite: Sailor (adult or child) must have completed a VYBA Learn to Sail course or have comparable sailing experience

Rigging at 4pm and sailing until 730pm

Coach and Safety Boat will be provided for everyone's safety

Rig boats at 4pm - sail until sunset!
REQUIRED GEAR:

- U.S. Coast Guard Approved Type III Life Jacket (Personal Flotation Device) with whistle attached

- Closed-Toe Shoes to be worn at all times!! (No Crocs or Flip-Flops allowed on land or on water)

- Sunscreen

- Water bottle
