Looking for an exciting way to combine physical education, STEM learning, and outdoor adventure? VYBA's Homeschool Sailing Program is a progressive, hands-on sailing program designed for homeschool students of all skill levels.
Each sailor learns at their own pace while developing confidence, independence, leadership, and teamwork. Beginners start with basic seamanship and sailing skills in Optimist Prams, Sunfish, Club 420 or RS Toura sailboats, while returning sailors continue advancing through the US Sailing curriculum. Throughout the year, students also explore marine science, environmental stewardship, weather, and STEM concepts while learning to become responsible stewards of our waterways.
