Get ready for one last regatta of the season—on the water, on your game, and ready for some fun competition!

Schedule of Events

7:30 AM – Sailor Arrival at VYBA

• Rigging & Skippers Meeting

9:00 AM – First Warning (Roberts Bay)

12:00 PM – No races after this time

• Head in, de-rig, and get ready to celebrate

12:45 PM – Line up for Retreat Ceremony

1:00 PM – Retreat Ceremony & Parade to the Flagpole

1:30 PM – Commodore’s Cup Presentation

• Awards to VYC Commodore & Sailors

1:45 PM – Food & Pool Party!

⚓ Event Details

• Open to VYBA sailors only
• All sailors must register under their sailing class
• Sailing a 420? Please pair up (non-spinnaker)
• Coaches may be joining the racing—so bring your A-game!

What to Bring

• Eat a good breakfast before arriving
• Pack a snack/lunch for after racing
• Come ready to sail for up to 3 hours
• Be ready to change into your Commodore’s Cup shirt (provided!)

Have fun, race hard, and celebrate an amazing season with your teammates and coaches!
